Troubleshooting

  • Confirm the plugin is activated
  • Refresh the editor
  • Make sure your WordPress version is supported
  • Check the selected chart type
  • Review column types in the data grid
  • Remove empty rows or malformed values
  • Check the file size
  • Confirm the CSV has a single header row
  • Look for mixed data types in the same column
  • Verify the plugin is still active
  • Check the published page instead of only the editor preview
  • Test the page in a clean browser session

If you deactivate PressViz, front-end charts will stop rendering, but the underlying chart data remains stored. Re-activating the plugin should restore the published output.
