Troubleshooting
The block does not appear
Section titled “The block does not appear”- Confirm the plugin is activated
- Refresh the editor
- Make sure your WordPress version is supported
The chart preview does not look right
Section titled “The chart preview does not look right”- Check the selected chart type
- Review column types in the data grid
- Remove empty rows or malformed values
My CSV import fails
Section titled “My CSV import fails”- Check the file size
- Confirm the CSV has a single header row
- Look for mixed data types in the same column
The front-end chart is missing
Section titled “The front-end chart is missing”- Verify the plugin is still active
- Check the published page instead of only the editor preview
- Test the page in a clean browser session
I deactivated the plugin
Section titled “I deactivated the plugin”If you deactivate PressViz, front-end charts will stop rendering, but the underlying chart data remains stored. Re-activating the plugin should restore the published output.
